Welcome to Founders House – Grade 7 to Grade 12

Founders House is led by an experienced team of house parents offering a warm and comfortable environment. Our boarding creates the structure and discipline necessary to teach independence, resilience and to build strength of character. True to our schools motto to be Prepared for Life.

Each boarder in both Founders Girls and Founders Boys has a private bedroom with study facilities; well-equipped bathrooms; a communal lounge and TV area; wireless; broadband connections; a modern dining hall; laundry, and a sanatorium with a dedicated paramedic, as well as an on-site school psychologist.

Safely enclosed within the school grounds with 24-hour security, it allows boarders the use of the School amenities at all times, whether they chose to board on a term basis, weekly or monthly. 

Co-education allows siblings of both sexes to attend the same school and boarding facility, thus presenting the family with numerous benefits. Pecanwood College’s convenient location makes drop-offs and collections or unscheduled visits to the school a breeze for families living in Gauteng’s major city centres.
